Contractor Watch
Contractor Watch includes the initial evaluation and applicable reporting, phone calls to report time sensitive items, and the first hour on site. Please refer to service agreement for additional information concerning terms, conditions, and limitations of services.
Note: Advanced notice must be given in order to ensure scheduling.
All Contractor Watch Evaluations Will Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- On-site monitoring of ongoing projects
- Safety check (evident dangers caused by contractors)
- Observations of services performed
- Pictures of services performed and/or damages, if applicable
- Follow up visits available at additional charge
*Includes the first hour on site. $125/hour for each additional hour on site.
